We operate a car rental comparison service for Oman. We display offers from licensed rental suppliers and pass your booking request to the booking partner that handles the reservation. We are an intermediary. We do not own, maintain, insure or hand over vehicles, and we do not employ the staff who meet you at the pickup point.
Any rental agreement is concluded between you and the rental supplier. Their terms govern the rental itself, including the deposit, the insurance cover, the fuel policy, mileage limits, permitted use of the vehicle and any charges applied during or after the rental. Those terms are provided to you in the voucher and at the desk, and they prevail over any general description on this website.
Descriptions of conditions, documents, distances, seasons and driving rules are published in good faith and reviewed periodically. They are general guidance, not a warranty. Supplier conditions change without notice, and availability and prices shown in the search reflect the moment of the search only. We do not publish fixed prices precisely because they would be misleading.
The advance payment is taken by card online at the time of booking through the booking partner. Cash is not accepted for the advance. The security deposit, where one applies, is blocked by the supplier on the main driver's card at pickup and released after the vehicle is returned. Cancellation and amendment rights are those attached to the specific offer you booked and stated in your voucher.
You are responsible for supplying accurate booking details, including the name of the main driver, contact details and flight number where relevant; for holding a valid driving licence accepted by the supplier and any additional document they require; for meeting the supplier's age, card and identification requirements; and for complying with the traffic laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Traffic fines, tolls and penalties incurred during the rental are yours.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of rental suppliers, including vehicle condition, delays, refusal to hand over a vehicle, charges applied by the supplier or disputes about damage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, lost holiday time or accommodation costs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We receive a commission from the booking partner when a booking is completed. This does not affect the price you pay and does not determine the order in which offers are displayed.
The text, structure and original graphics of this website belong to us. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source. Bulk copying, systematic scraping or republication of substantial parts of the site is not permitted. Vehicle images, supplier names and payment scheme logos remain the property of their respective owners.
The website links to the booking partner and may link to third-party resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your use applies, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
Disputes about the rental itself are handled by the supplier under the law stated in their agreement. Complaints about this website should first be sent to [email protected]; we aim to reply within five working days.
